In Maryland

170-Room Motel:  SOLD!!!  And they are not always easy.  This was a classic "short sale".  There were five (5) Banks involved, six (6) attorneys, two (2) Sellers (one of whom is in solitary confinement in a Federal Prison), three (3) Buyers, personal guarantees from one (1) person in India, and two (2) Title Companies.
