Our goal, at The BAF Group, is to attempt to provide you with any and all information we can obtain from the Seller, to permit you to make an intelligent, informed decision on purchasing any business we bring to your attention.  Be advised that all information that is provided to you, does come to us from the Seller.  We urge you to work carefully with your attorney and/or accounting professional, in order to validate and further qualify any business you are considering.  The BAF Group takes no responsibility for any buying decision made by any given Buyer, based on the information we provide to you, since legitimizing the information is something that only you and your counselors can adequately perform.

However, we will do whatever we can to provide you and your counselors, lenders and others who will assist you with your "due diligence" performance.  The docmentation we would obtain for you would normally include any leases, franchise agreements, equipment inventories and copies of Tax Returns that you would require, not only to make a valid purchasing decision, but to permit you to obtain any necessary loans from your bank or the SBA.

To that end, The BAF Group would work with you to assist in locating adequate and satisfactory loan assistance.  We have excellent relationships with several SBA lenders, and an excellent working knowledge of the process needed to successfully obtain such funding.
